When I received my order which included the above mentioned product the tube was cracked and leaking. I took photos and sent requesting a replacement. I was advised that the product is discontinued and offered a 20% discount on my order. I agreed to this yet have not heard back since.
Frankly this is poor customer service. The product should have been replaced even with a substitute equal to this product or cost of this tube fully refunded. One should not be expected to use a damage tube as it leaks when you touch the tube and the product is likely contaminated since the tube itself is cracked. I understand that products can be damaged in transport but the products should be packed in such a way to prevent damaging. It should not be up to the customer to incur the cost of damaged products. If you want it back send me a prepaid return slip and I will send back This is not an acceptable practice.
