REFUNDS

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Orders more than 30 days from date of purchase by customers are non-refundable.
  • All product returns must be in unopened, unused and in salable condition upon arrival at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund.
  • Any products that have been opened or used will NOT BE REFUNDED.
  • Any package that is refused, unclaimed or undeliverable due to insufficient address is also subject to 15% restocking fee AND a returned shipping fee will be deducted.
  • We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund. Any damaged products received by the customer are subject to a claim within 24 hours. HairEmpire is not responsible if a claim is not addressed within the timeline.


** Please include a copy of your order invoice or order number in your returning package.

Allow 7-10 business working days for your refund to post to your account.

Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.

Refunds can only be credited back to the same payment method used on the original order.

HairEmpire does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Original Shipping & Handling fees are fully reimbursed if an error was due to a product defect or company error.
