Use

Dispense desired amount onto palms and apply generously to damp, towel-dried hair focusing on mid-shaft to ends. Blow dry or let hair dry naturally. Optional Hot Oil Use: Dispense a generous amount onto palms and work evenly through hair. Place a shower cap over hair and wrap with a hot towel. Let sit for 30 min. Rinse with water and follow with a shampoo and conditioning regiment.
